Mechanical springs: compression,
extension, and torsion
Compression springs are
devices for store energy when compressed. Usually they are cold wounded in the range of
round wire from 0.15 to 13.0 mm thick. Sometimes also are employed square, ovoid,
rectangular and other wire shapes, according to designs and needs.
We are specialized in the manufacturing
of valve springs for internal combustion engines and also for clutch springs for OEM and competition. For
these high stressed springs, we employ special material with a strict surface (100%)
control and free of inclusion contents (Super Clean material).

Extension springs,
as the compression ones, are design to absorb and accumulate energy for later release as a
pulling force. Usually, the force that join the coils is referred as initial tension. The
ends of these springs have different solutions: German and English loop, extended loop,
screwed end devices double loops etc.
Torsion springs
usually are referred as the parts that support external applied torque, that twist the
coils. As compression springs, they are also design to accumulate energy for later release
as a pulling force. Usually the material employed is round wire, but rectangular and
square wire shape are frequently used. A special type of torsion springs are the double
body torsion spring where two parallel springs are connected with a central rod.

Precision stampings and fasteners
They are parts used in many varied
applications. They are made in special presses with capacity up to 130 tons and multiple
forming machines (Fourslides and Multislides) that works with strips of 0.10 up to 3 mm
thick.
The materials most usually used are spring steel, high carbon steel, stainless alloys,
Copper alloys and some other non ferrous metals. In general our processes of production
leave of material reels and the operation is continuous.
Wire forms and strip and flat forms
Wire forms are manufactured by many
different equipments, including CNC machines, special Multislides and Fourslide Formers
and tailored equipments and devices.
Among the different types of materials employed we find music wire, stainless, bronzes,
titanium etc.
In general our processes of production leave of material reels and the operation is
continuous.
Assemblies and special solutions
We can also supply pieces assembled or in
kits for their final use. In cases that it is required, we provide the parts according to
prints, assembled with metallic, plastic or any other parts, either provided by the client
or acquired by our company.
